• Establishes strategic targets and direction in conjunction with the Executive Vice President • Develops and implements business processes to achieve coding efficiencies • Responsible for daily oversight of domestic and global coding operations • Establishes consistent communication and relationship management practices with clients • Collaborates with technology development team to automate business processes • Monitors individual and departmental performance against established KPIs

• Reviews medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures. • Selects the principal diagnosis and principal procedure. • Ensures appropriate DRG assignment. • Abstracts appropriate information from the medical record. • Responsible for utilizing company applications to enter charts coded in real-time. • Solicits clarification from the physician regarding ambiguous or conflicting documentation. • Participate in team meetings and training required by the company or client. • Maintains current knowledge of the information contained in the Coding Clinic, CPT Assistant, and the Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting.

• Review medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures relative to the patient's healthcare encounter. • Abstracts appropriate information from the medical record based on the guidelines provided by the client and after a thorough review of the medical record. • Solicits clarification from the physician regarding ambiguous or conflicting documentation in the medical record using guidelines provided by the client. • May act as a mentor to training coders and/or new hires by providing education and training. • Maintains current knowledge of the information contained in the Coding Clinic, CPT Assistant, and the Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting. • Maintains effective and professional communication skills. • Contributes to a positive company image by exhibiting professionalism, adaptability, and mutual respect.

• Review medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures relative to the patient's health care encounter • Assigns Evaluation & Management (E/M) level for emergency room encounters- facility and professional • Assign principal and secondary CPT codes and associated charges for procedures and injections/infusions performed in the emergency room • Assign appropriate modifiers to CPT codes based on hospital, payer, or state guidelines • Abstracts appropriate information from the medical record based on the guidelines provided by the client and after a thorough review of the medical record • Solicits clarification from the physician regarding ambiguous or conflicting documentation in the medical record using guidelines provided by the client • Participates in Coding Roundtables through presentation of materials, articles and current issues related to coding and Health Information Management • Maintains current knowledge of the information contained in the Coding Clinic, CPT Assistant, and the Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting • Maintains effective and professional communication skills • Contributes to a positive company image by exhibiting professionalism, adaptability, and mutual respect

• Architect, build, and maintain AI‑first web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and engineering best practices. • Lead the development of AI‑powered features using Python, LangGraph, and modern LLM tooling. • Design and implement agentic workflow applications, including orchestration, tool use, stateful flows, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns. • Develop end‑to‑end solutions across the front end, back end, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in TypeScript (Node), JavaScript (React), and Python using established design patterns. • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, reliability, and long‑term maintainability. • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with strong ownership of outcomes. • Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams. • Partner with clients to lead demos, support rollout discussions, and ensure successful adoption of AI‑powered solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ELT/ETL pipelines ingesting clinical, claims, and operational data. • Build and optimize data models in cloud-based data warehouses to support analytics, reporting, and ML workflows. • Implement and manage orchestration frameworks to ensure reliable, monitored, and observable data workflows. • Architect and provision cloud data infrastructure on GCP using infrastructure-as-code tools. • Optimize cloud resource usage for cost efficiency without compromising performance or reliability SLAs. • Ensure all data systems comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state privacy regulations. • Work with clinical and compliance teams to maintain data governance standards. • Implement data quality frameworks and validation rules to detect anomalies. • Partner with data scientists, analysts, and ML engineers to design datasets and feature stores.
