The Data Analyst will enhance and develop reporting and analytics capabilities, support forecast modeling, develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards, build briefing products, conduct and deliver analyses, and coordinate/implement data collection efforts. Position Duties: - Work within federal staff led functional lanes to enhance the collection and analysis of program data. - Update and develop on-site data collection tools and processes to yield statistically reliable and informative data and support field program assessments. - Assist in identifying performance outcomes and indicators. - Identify uniform data points and conduct high-level data interpretation/analysis using a data analytics platform. - Prepare written summaries and presentations that reflect the results of the data analysis and present findings to agency leadership. - Oversee the quality and the production of both routine and ad hoc analytical reports. - Assist in the training of contractor and field staff on the use of data collection and analysis tools. - Support with projects that promote the continual improvement of data analysis. - Compile, analyze, and visualize data using a data visualization platform such as Power BI or Tableau. - Build data repositories/databases and provide ad-hoc data reporting as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, or similar degree with at least 9 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data interpretation and analysis. Master’s degree preferred. - High degree of familiarity working with sensitive-PII and integrity in protecting customer data. - Working knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI) and scripting languages (R, Python). - Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with relational databases. - Advanced skills in Excel and VBA. - Exceptional analytical skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong attention to detail. - Experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations is preferred. Top candidates will have specialties in one or more of the following areas: - Statistical analysis and modeling. - Natural language processing. - Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis. - Data engineering and experience working with large datasets, performing tasks such as data cleaning and processing (ETL). - Solid knowledge of SQL including CTE’s. - Python and/or R. - Tableau. - Palantir. - Linux and ability to maintain a Linux server. Additional Requirements: - This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one. - This role and associated duties will be performed remotely with the potential to perform work on site at a government facility located in Washington, DC at a future date. The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)Duration: 3 months Duties: - Support physician practice integration initiatives with a primary focus on Cerner PathNet compendium development and testing. - Design, build, and maintain laboratory test compendiums within Cerner PathNet. - Perform validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness of compendium data. - Support end-to-end integration testing, including order and result workflows across interfaced systems. - Troubleshoot issues related to test mapping, interfaces, and result reporting. - Collaborate with clinical, technical, and project stakeholders to ensure successful integration outcomes. - Provide ongoing support to the General Laboratory (Gen Lab) team with system build, maintenance, and ticket resolution. - Manage and prioritize assigned ticket queue, focusing on high-impact and aging issues. - Maintain and update test catalogs, reference ranges, and result formats. - Assist in system optimization efforts and resolve laboratory system issues in a timely manner. Skills: - Proven experience with Cerner PathNet, including compendium build and maintenance. - Strong understanding of laboratory workflows such as specimen processing, test ordering, and result reporting. - Experience with interface testing and troubleshooting; HL7 knowledge preferred. - Familiarity with Cerner Millennium ecosystem. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience supporting physician practice integrations.
