• Own and execute end-to-end change plans for assigned workstreams, from discovery through post–go-live reinforcement. • Assess go-live–specific change needs (scope, audience, timing, complexity) and tailor tactics accordingly. • Develop and maintain integrated change plans aligned to program milestones, release calendars, and PMO governance. • Partner with Solution Owners, Product Managers, Business Architecture, and Process teams to align change activities with true business impact and delivery timing. • Develop role-based change communications, including announcements, release updates, FAQs, and leadership messages. • Create and maintain change deliverables such as QRGs, training materials, reinforcement assets, and manager toolkits. • Design fit-for-purpose training aligned to future-state processes and system changes; coordinate delivery with Learning and SMEs. • Identify impacted stakeholders and manage alignment across parallel initiatives. • Engage and activate Change Champions to support communications, feedback loops, and local adoption. • Track and analyze adoption and readiness indicators (e.g., training completion, utilization signals, feedback).

• Contributes to the achievement of the strategic and financial goals of the organization by conducting thorough reviews of billed services, authorizations, plan benefit documents, itemized statements, medical records, discharge summaries and detailed data reports • Makes reimbursement or recovery recommendations based on appropriate coding, billed statistics, policies, industry standards and compliance with contractual, state, and federal regulations • Supports and serves as a resource to other Health Plan departments by providing review and recommendation for correct coding, appropriate billing, and reimbursement • Completes clinical reviews related to Claims, Claim Edits, Appeals and the Grievance process • Recommends recovery efforts based on current contracts, policies, procedures and accepted industry standards • Reviews and validates pended and reconsidered claims when edits are applied by the Plan claim editing software from multiple vendors • Completes reviews on inpatient and outpatient high dollar claims following internal guidelines • Assists in reviews of quality concerns • Validates claim payments based on Plan contracts, often working with the Pharmacy team and the PNM department • Creates and maintains various reports to track department data • Assists in group discussions on challenging medical reviews • Assists with onboarding new team members as needed • Participates on selected workgroups and committees on an ad hoc basis as requested

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)Duration: 3 months Duties: - Support physician practice integration initiatives with a primary focus on Cerner PathNet compendium development and testing. - Design, build, and maintain laboratory test compendiums within Cerner PathNet. - Perform validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness of compendium data. - Support end-to-end integration testing, including order and result workflows across interfaced systems. - Troubleshoot issues related to test mapping, interfaces, and result reporting. - Collaborate with clinical, technical, and project stakeholders to ensure successful integration outcomes. - Provide ongoing support to the General Laboratory (Gen Lab) team with system build, maintenance, and ticket resolution. - Manage and prioritize assigned ticket queue, focusing on high-impact and aging issues. - Maintain and update test catalogs, reference ranges, and result formats. - Assist in system optimization efforts and resolve laboratory system issues in a timely manner. Skills: - Proven experience with Cerner PathNet, including compendium build and maintenance. - Strong understanding of laboratory workflows such as specimen processing, test ordering, and result reporting. - Experience with interface testing and troubleshooting; HL7 knowledge preferred. - Familiarity with Cerner Millennium ecosystem. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience supporting physician practice integrations.
