We are seeking a motivated Social Media Assistant to manage, create, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content creation, engagement strategies, and social media trends. This is a part-time, salaried role (5 hours per day), ideal for someone who wants to contribute creatively while working remotely. Key Responsibilities - Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). - Create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, short videos/reels). - Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns. - Research trends and suggest innovative content ideas. - Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding.
Job Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven track record with examples/portfolio of past work.
- Strong skills in content creation (graphics, reels, captions).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in the 8 PM – 1 AM IST shift.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Understanding of IT/Consulting/Training industry.
- Knowledge of paid ad campaigns.

Role Description We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to help build and scale our social presence. In this role, you’ll own day-to-day social execution, from content creation and publishing to cross-functional coordination. You’ll work closely with different stakeholders to ensure every post is aligned with our brand and business priorities.
