Role Description Du verantwortest die elektrische Gesamtarchitektur unserer Netzanschlüsse im Hoch- und Höchstspannungsbereich. - Entwicklung technischer Konzepte für Umspannwerke, Netzanbindungen und Schutz- und Leittechnik (inkl. Primär- und Sekundärtechnik). - Eigenständige Auslegung zentraler Komponenten wie Transformatoren, Schaltanlagen und Schutzkonzepte mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Übertragungs- und Verteilnetzbetreibern (TSO/DSO) und technische Abstimmungen auf Augenhöhe. - Technische Steuerung von Netzanschlussprozessen (inkl. Netzverträglichkeitsprüfung, Anschlusszusage, Inbetriebnahme). - Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (VDE, TAB) sowie relevanter Normen im deutschen Hochspannungsbereich in der Praxis. - Begleitung unserer Projekte von der Planung über Detailengineering bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Sicherstellung deren technischer Exzellenz. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs. - Mehrjährige Erfahrung (5 Jahre +) im Bereich Hoch- oder Höchstspannung, idealerweise im Umfeld von Netzbetreibern, EPCs oder Energieinfrastrukturprojekten. - Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Auslegung von Umspannwerken und Netzanschlüssen. - Vertrautheit mit TSO- und/oder DSO-Strukturen und deren Anforderungen im Detail. - Vertrautheit mit Regulatorik, Normen und technischen Richtlinien in Deutschland. - Systemisches Denken, technische Tiefe und klare Entscheidungsfähigkeit. - Regelmäßige Präsenz in München für Abstimmungen und Projektarbeit. - Fließendes Deutsch sowie sehr gutes Englisch.
