Role Description As General Manager, you will have full ownership of Alt-Form’s end-to-end performance, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with our CFO on financial performance, cost optimisation, and commercial strategy. You will lead multiple business units - including Wholesale, Supply Chain, and Stock & Procurement - ensuring strong alignment between commercial strategy, operational execution, and regulatory requirements. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you’ll work cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes. What You'll Own - Lead & Scale Operations: Oversee the wholesale, supply chain, and procurement teams, ensuring they are structured, resourced, and operating effectively to meet business goals. - Commercial Ownership: Own revenue, margin, and cost performance across Alt-Form, working closely with the CFO to optimise pricing, supplier relationships, and overall unit economics. - Supply Chain & Inventory Excellence: Ensure robust supply chain planning, inventory management, and procurement processes to maintain product availability while optimising working capital. - Strategic Growth: Partner with the CEO and broader leadership team to define and execute Alt-Form’s growth strategy, including expansion of wholesale channels, product portfolio, and market reach. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment across the full patient and partner journey. - Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all operations align with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. - Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - You are a strategic operator and people leader who thrives in high-growth environments and brings both commercial acumen and operational depth. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in a senior operations, general management, or commercial leadership role. - Have experience across supply chain, procurement, and/or wholesale in healthcare, pharma, or a regulated industry. - Are highly commercial, with a strong understanding of margins, pricing, and unit economics. - Are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in execution. - Have experience building and leading cross-functional teams. - Understand compliance and regulatory considerations in healthcare or adjacent industries. - Communicate confidently with executive stakeholders and can influence across the business. - Are motivated by building something meaningful and improving access to care.
