The AI Developer will design, develop, and integrate artificial intelligence solutions in support of ITA’s mission through the AI Center of Excellence (AI‑CoE). This role emphasizes hands‑on development of AI models, data analysis, and the integration of AI capabilities into production systems within a secure federal IT environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality AI solutions that directly support mission‑driven objectives. *Position is contingent upon contract award.* Responsibilities - Design and develop artificial intelligence models, algorithms, and applications to address mission‑driven challenges. - Preprocess, analyze, and manage large datasets in collaboration with data, engineering, and product teams. - Implement and maintain machine learning and deep learning frameworks. - Fine‑tune and optimize AI models to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy. - Integrate AI models into enterprise and cloud‑based production systems. - Document code, models, algorithms, and development processes in accordance with organizational standards. - Support testing, deployment, and ongoing operations and maintenance of AI solutions. - Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
