Your Mission We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Assets & Supplier Account Lead to design, configure, and lead Workday Financials (Workday Finance Assets & Supplier Account) solutions within large-scale transformation programs. You will play a key role in helping our clients maximize the value of their Workday investment, from requirements definition through deployment and adoption. Your Responsibilities - Lead and participate in all phases of a Workday R2R deployment: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support. - Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and advise on best practices. - Configure Workday modules for financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country-specific requirements during global rollouts. - Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend appropriate mitigation approaches. - Ensure integration of R2R processes with other modules and systems (Finance, IT, PMO). - Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. - Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday methodology (and Accenture Workday Methodology). - Report progress to the Project Manager and effectively manage stakeholders to achieve project objectives. - Contribute to innovation through the creation of leading methodologies and market asset #LI-EU Required Skills: - Workday Financials – Record-to-Report certification (additional Workday certifications are a plus). - Strong track record in financial transformation with multiple end-to-end Workday implementations. - Excellent knowledge of R2R processes and best practices. - Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems. - Fluent English - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment. - Mobility: ability to meet client travel requirements and manage virtual interactions.
