Customer Support Specialist

MARA Solutions

• Processing and classifying incoming support requests • Responding to customer inquiries quickly, clearly, and with a solutions-oriented approach • Analyzing and resolving issues, and escalating them when necessary • Gradual onboarding to our tool to independently handle more complex inquiries • Supporting the Customer Success team, e.g., during the onboarding of new customers • Identifying recurring issues and contributing to improvements of our tool and Help Center • Ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our tool

Job Requirements

  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Structured, reliable, and independent work style in a remote setup
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of varied tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Basic confidence working in technology-driven environments
  • Bonus: Experience in hospitality or in a software/SaaS environment (not required)
