Lead Product Manager

• Own and drive our product vision, strategy, and execution as we scale • Lead a small but high-impact Product team and work closely with the founder, CXO, Engineering, Growth & Success, and Operations • Translate the company strategy and ambitious vision into a product roadmap • Foster a shared understanding of the product’s direction and secure buy-in across all stakeholders • Partner closely with Engineering to ship clean, durable solutions, no heroics required • Build a team that does its best work anywhere, a quiet home office to a borrowed desk near the sea
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product or Design roles, ideally across consumer apps, marketplaces, hospitality, or social/community
- Track record of owning product strategy and driving prioritization at a company level
- Demonstrated experience leading Product Design from discovery to delivery
- Experience working in a consumer tech start-up or scale-up environment
- Proven ability to ship and iterate on successful digital products
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams

• Design the unified product framework, methodology, and design system that all spinoffs will inherit. • Collaborate with the Founders and CRO to validate market gaps and bridge the gap between "PhD-level AI" and "Market-ready UX." • You will recruit, structure, and mentor UX and Product squads for each internal spinoff. • Report to the COO and act as a strategic peer to the CTO and CRO to align engineering excellence with product-market fit. • Stay involved as a key advisor to spinoffs post-launch, ensuring the "AIVB standard" is maintained as they scale independently.
