• Development of statistical and machine learning models: design, validate, and evolve statistical models and algorithms applied to marketing intelligence, ensuring methodological robustness, technical consistency, and alignment with the product's strategic needs. • Productization and scalability of analytical solutions: turn analytical models into scalable, product-integrated solutions that ensure operational efficiency, reproducibility, and reduced manual dependency. • Technical structuring of studies and hypotheses: define methodological approaches, statistical criteria, and modeling strategies based on business problems and squad priorities. • Implementation and production monitoring: oversee model deployment in production environments, monitoring performance, degradation, stability, and the need for continuous recalibration. • Collaboration with multidisciplinary squads: work together with Engineering, Product, Martech, and Insights to translate technical and business needs into viable, strategic analytical solutions. • Exploratory analysis and data validation: carry out in-depth exploratory analyses, assess data quality and consistency, and propose structural adjustments when necessary. • Technical documentation and methodological governance: ensure clear documentation of assumptions, code, methodological decisions, and statistical rationale, promoting standardization and continuity of technical knowledge. • Applied research and technical advancement: investigate new methodologies, statistical techniques, and machine learning approaches that can raise Uncover’s analytical maturity and competitive differentiation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid prior experience with MMM modeling, time series/forecasting models, or complex data-driven marketing measurement projects.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as statsmodels, scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy.
- Consultative profile with strong communication skills and ability to connect statistical analysis to marketing decisions.

This position is in the Reaction Dynamics Group within the Energetic Materials & Design (EMD) section of the Materials Science Division supporting the Energetic Materials Center (EMC). This position may offer a hybrid schedule, which includes the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week, after a probationary period. The specifics of the hybrid schedule, including the exact number of days required in the office and virtual work options may vary based on the needs of the team and the organization. This position will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level. You will - Develop advanced high explosive detonation models based on fundamental chemical and physical mechanisms. - Interact with experimental groups and incorporate information from advanced experiments into current and developmental high explosives models to improve model fidelity. - Systematically validate models against a suite of experimental data. - Develop uncertainty quantification methods based on utilizing statistical approaches and/or machine learning. - Provide solutions and creative approaches to ensure project needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. - Contribute to project/program milestone completion and provide solutions to complex problems that may not be well defined. Job Overview: Assist with the overall Clinical Safety and/or PSS operations associated with products including the entire adverse events process, which may include safety data collected from clinical trials and/or post marketing settings (i.e., unsolicited reports). Manage and process expeditable adverse events to the required standard and submit them to the client and/or the regulatory agencies (if required) within the agreed/stated timelines. Responsible for providing this service to clients either as a support function to the client project groups or as stand- alone business. Responsible to provide all clients, both internal and external, with the appropriate quality of service in a safe and costeffective manner. The role will be expected to comply with the legal requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the COSHH regulations 1989 and the EC (European Commission) Directives 1992/3 as documented in the Company’s Health and Safety Manual.
