Full Stack Developer

Stefanini Brasil

• Develop, test, and implement new features in our applications using Angular 2+ and Java 8. • Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications. • Implement RESTful APIs and ensure efficient communication between systems. • Work with EJB3, Hibernate, JasperReports, JUnit, WebSphere Application Server (WAS), SQL Server, DB2, and IBM Messaging to develop robust and scalable solutions. • Use DevOps tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git, and Swagger to ensure code quality, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. • Collaborate with the team to define new features and applications, actively participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of moderate to high complexity. • Contribute to code reviews and share technical knowledge with the team.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of EJB.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Reside in Brasília or the surrounding area.
  • Experience with Redux.
  • Knowledge of queries, functions, and stored procedures in SQL Server and DB2.
  • Familiarity with IBM’s JMS (Java Message Service) implementation.

Role Description At Apollo Education Systems, we’re on a mission to transform how schools use data to improve student outcomes. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with exceptional UI and Angular expertise - a true “UI Guru” who can create interfaces that delight users, elevate usability, and bring design concepts to life with technical precision and creativity. This position does not require UI/UX Design Expertise, as Apollo already has a fully staffed UX Product Design Team. This person will handle the most complex front-end coding challenges we face. What You’ll Do - Design and build beautiful, high-performance UI components using Angular and modern front-end technologies. - Translate UX concepts, wireframes, and design mockups into responsive, accessible, and intuitive experiences. - Develop scalable, cloud-based solutions as part of our core platform. - Optimize front-end performance and ensure consistency across browsers and devices. - Collaborate with product and design teams to improve usability and maintain design integrity. - Provide feedback to UX Product Design Team about the technical capabilities and effort required for proposed designs. - Influence UI/UX best practices, component libraries, and front-end architecture. - Contribute to back-end systems and APIs in .NET Core as part of a full-stack engineering effort. Qualifications - 12+ years in software development, including 6+ years in senior/lead roles. - Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade UI experiences and complex front-end architectures. - Deep Expertise in: - Angular (RxJS, Signals, state management, lazy loading, modularization) - TypeScript - HTML5 - CSS3/SASS - Responsive design - UI performance and Section 508 accessibility compliance - Experience with: - Design Systems and Component Library development - Figma (interpreting and interacting with established designs) - .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework (EF Core), LINQ, and Dependency Injection (DI) - Relational Databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc) - Nice to have: gRPC - A true “UI artist” mindset — meticulous, detail-oriented, and passionate about front-end excellence. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
