• Assist customers and offer products and services according to their needs • Promote Vivo's products and services with the goal of growing our customer base • Explain the benefits of consolidating all telecommunications and digital services on a single bill • Assess customers' needs and offer products and services suited to each profile • Create customer interest in subscribing to our products and services • Expand customers' connectivity options through the sale of digital services • Ensure the best possible customer experience at every interaction • Recommend changes to service procedures and corrections to our processes

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to turn a problem-resolution interaction into a sales opportunity
  • Ability to communicate in a relaxed and informal manner
  • Be resilient, organized, and able to manage your targets
  • Good listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs
