Senior Requirements Analyst – International Project

Cedro Technologies

• Help define product features (Product Backlog); • Write User Stories (US); • Engage with product stakeholders to ensure the backlog reflects the client's interests; • Prioritize features according to business value; • Adjust features and priorities each Sprint as needed; • Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all; • Apply discovery techniques and continuous product improvement practices.

Job Requirements

  • Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity.
  • Available for scheduled travel to Angola (stays of 3 to 4 weeks).
  • REQUIRED proven experience in brokerages, asset managers, or investment fintechs;
  • Experience preparing/gathering business documents, vision statements, use case diagrams and supporting artifacts;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
  • Experience in process analysis and documentation;
  • Experience analyzing and documenting system functionalities;
  • Experience with system analysis techniques and tools (flowcharts, UML, state machines, ER and FD diagrams, BPMN).
  • English communication skills.
