• You support the purchasing of finished products and packaging materials and actively participate in supplier management. • You assist with price alignments as well as clarifying terms and delivery conditions. • You manage and track orders operationally and keep delivery dates in view. • You contribute to ensuring product availability and coordinate closely with internal and external partners. • You work with fulfillment partners and coordinate movements of goods between warehouses and marketplaces. • You support special assignments such as labeling or repackaging. • You are regularly on site at the logistics center, learn processes in detail and gradually take on more responsibility. • You ensure a high level of product availability. • You work closely with teams such as Product Development, Fulfillment and Customer Care. • You contribute to meeting and improving lead times.
Job Requirements
- Initial demonstrable experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
- Residence within a maximum of 1.5–2 hours travel time to Saarbrücken / Lebach and willingness to work regularly on site at the logistics center.
- Confident use of ERP/WMS systems and Excel in daily work.
- Structured, data-driven and independent way of working.
- Strong IT affinity and interest in digital tools and processes.
- Ability to quickly understand operational workflows and identify optimization potential.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
