• You'll be joining an existing remote engineering team building and maintaining an internal automation platform. • You'll own Python services end-to-end: designing the automation logic, running it in production, handling failures, and verifying real-world outputs. • Build and maintain browser automation workflows using Playwright against real-world web portals • Own Python services from design to production - orchestration, error handling, monitoring • Design and implement retry logic, alerting, and failure recovery for production-grade automations • Work with workflow orchestration tools (Prefect) to schedule and manage data pipelines • Integrate LLMs and OCR into automation pipelines where needed • Write and maintain SQL queries, work directly with PostgreSQL as the primary data store • Deploy and operate services in AWS using Docker and CI/CD pipelines

We are looking for a skilled SQL Server BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making.

• Develop and maintain assigned gateway project microservices using .NET Core and Azure services • Build RESTful APIs, webhook systems, and processor adapter interfaces per OpenAPI specifications • Implement data access layers, Entity Framework models, and database integration logic • Build integrations with TicketSocket HPP, ProPay APIs, and internal gateway project services • Ensure services meet performance SLAs including 90% test coverage, zero critical security vulnerabilities • Document all APIs with current examples and troubleshooting guides

• Execute data migrations for new customers, including extracting data from legacy systems and transforming it to fit our platform’s format • Collaborate closely with Customers and the onboarding team to understand the data format requirements • Handle various types of data including patients, appointments, bills, documents, and medical images • Use and extend our existing internal tools to perform and monitor migrations • Automate and optimize the data migration process for scalability and reliability • Occasionally perform semi-manual data migration steps when automation is not feasible • Write documentation for tools and processes, and contribute to the creation of standardized procedures
