• Create and maintain data pipelines between layers in the Data Lake, as well as optimize them; • Prepare and model databases; • Ingest datasets into the Data Lake; • Ensure data quality for developed datasets; • Analyze and gather data requirements together with the business stakeholders; • Develop/model databases for dashboards, reports, algorithms and/or refined datasets; • Document daily progress of activities in JIRA; • Document metadata and business rules using the standard internal template; • Ingest datasets into the Data Lake; • Perform data quality analysis;

Job Requirements

  • Experience in data architecture projects within the GCP environment (BI and Big Data);
  • Experience with data integration models (APIs);
  • Experience with data ingestion tools such as Informatica Cloud and DataStage;
  • Experience working with agile methodologies / JIRA;
  • Strong knowledge of technologies and languages such as Python, Spark, Streaming, SQL, NoSQL, Git, etc.;
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and Data Lake concepts;
  • Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
  • Strong knowledge of version control platforms such as GitHub and Bitbucket;
  • Strong experience with the GCP environment (Cloud Storage, Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run);
  • Strong experience developing with data visualization tools such as Looker and Power BI;
  • Knowledge of SSAS is desirable.

In this critical role, the Reporting Analytics Manager plays a key role in supporting and ensuring the achievement of various reporting needs for multiple departments. Delivery: - Proficiently utilize internal and third-party platforms and reporting tools needed (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, DOMO). - Effectively utilize project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Zoho, JIRA, etc.) to communicate and track requests with other internal teammates. - Assist with ad-hoc projects that involve the various risk teams. - Follow all defined practices, processes, and procedures with inter-departmental teams such as Data Engineering, BI, Compliance, Finance, UW, and Client Experience. Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key teams including Care Management, Client Management, and Finance. - Handle ad hoc requests from Care Management, Client Experience, and Finance teams. - Effectively support fellow peers, as needed. Role Description The Finance Analytics Engineer in the Finance department will support the delivery of data requests, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals of a streamlined data platform capable of supporting an AI-led organization.
