• Develop and lead the organic content strategy (reels, series, storytelling, etc.); • Create narratives that build authority and an emotional connection with the audience; • Turn real case studies into aspirational and inspiring stories; • Plan and optimize the editorial calendar with a focus on growth and engagement; • Measure results and continuously adjust to scale reach and impact; • Use AI and digital tools as allies for creativity and productivity; • Ensure consistency of brand voice and positioning across all channels.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Social Media specialist or Content Strategist;
- Strong command of storytelling, copywriting, and building digital authority;
- Proven experience in driving organic growth for brands;
- Ability to analyze metrics and optimize content performance;
- Portfolio with cases of engagement, virality, or conversion;
- Familiarity with generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and creative tools (CapCut, Canva, Figma);
- Experience in the education, healthcare, or aesthetics sectors is a plus;
- Intermediate English.
