• Develop medium- and high-complexity solutions with autonomy, quality and a product mindset • Work on software architecture, proposing structural and evolutionary improvements • Create and execute tests (manual and automated) ensuring functional and technical compliance • Document processes, code and changes in repositories and version-control tools • Participate in requirements analysis, solution design and system integrations • Collaborate with the team, mentoring less-experienced developers and promoting best practices • Detail requirements with business areas and clients, ensuring full understanding of requests • Ensure compliance with processes, frameworks and corporate standards (DevOps, CI/CD, version control) • Contribute to estimates, technical refinement and delivery planning
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Essential knowledge:
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and best practices (SOLID, Clean Code)
- ADVPL / TLPP and Angular (PO UI)
- Database modeling, SQL and integrations
- REST APIs and system integrations
- Unit testing and fundamentals of test automation
- Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
- ERP Protheus – functional and technical knowledge in Retail modules
- Linux and version-control tools (GIT, SVN)
- ADVPRTIR test automation
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Retail systems and POS processes
- Experience with modular architecture and integration via middleware
- Technical English for reading and writing
- Key profile highlights:
- Strong command of OOP and best practices (SOLID, Clean Code)
- Extensive experience with ADVPL / TLPP and Angular (PO UI)
- Experience with REST APIs, test automation and DevOps
- Solid background with Protheus and Retail
- Ability to deliver with quality, collaborate effectively and maintain a systemic view
