Product Owner, Data & AI – Mid-level

Somativa

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, leading discovery and refinement activities; • Translate needs into requirements and user stories; • Ensure the team has clear understanding of the requests; • Manage and prioritize the data and AI backlog; • Monitor development progress in line with sprint planning; • Validate deliveries and ensure they meet defined acceptance criteria; • Track team metrics such as lead time and velocity, and report development progress to clients; • Manage stakeholders; • Support the commercial team with information on value delivered to clients and inputs for generating new demand; • Participate in Scrum events such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role;
  • Knowledge of business processes across functions (finance, HR, marketing, procurement, etc.);
  • Experience in projects developing technology, data, analytics, or AI solutions;
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience interacting with stakeholders across different areas (business and technical) and levels (operational to executive).
