Department: Marketing Reports to: Director of Sales Administration Location: Remote (U.S.) Field & Stream is seeking a Presale Coordinator to support the sales team by contributing to the development of sales proposals, packaging integrated programs, and helping move opportunities from concept to close in a rapidly evolving outdoor lifestyle brand spanning media, commerce, and experiences. ABOUT THE ROLE The Presale Coordinator supports the sales organization by developing proposals, sales materials, and deal packaging that enable the sales team to move opportunities from concept to close quickly and efficiently. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, editorial, and production to translate client needs into compelling programs and deliverables. This is a highly execution-focused role that supports senior sales and marketing stakeholders, with opportunities to contribute to ideation and program packaging. This position plays a critical role in increasing seller productivity and improving proposal turnaround time. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Develop sales proposals, decks, and custom presentations for client opportunities - Package branded content, partnerships, and media programs into client-ready materials - Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to gather inputs for proposals - Support RFP responses and ensure timely submission of materials - Maintain and update sales collateral, case studies, and product one-sheets - Help standardize proposal templates and pricing frameworks - Assist with ideation and packaging for integrated brand partnerships - Track proposal pipeline and support sellers in moving deals forward WHO YOU ARE Field & Stream is seeking a highly-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, but disciplined, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in media sales support, marketing, or proposal development.
