AiPrise Partnerships Lead About AiPrise AiPrise (YC S22) is a global compliance infrastructure company helping financial institutions and fintechs - including banks, cross-border payment providers, stablecoin companies, and marketplaces gain a 360° view of the businesses they onboard. Through a single integration, AiPrise provides access to 8,000+ local and international data sources and an orchestration layer that connects to 80+ verification partners worldwide. The platform goes beyond basic registry checks with website analysis, document intelligence, UBO and parent-company insights, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring, helping teams make confident decisions and stay aligned with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions. The Role We are hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and manage AiPrise’s partner ecosystem. This role is focused on identifying, securing, and growing strategic relationships with data providers, technology vendors, and channel partners. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the founders to ensure AiPrise maintains best-in-class integrations and expands its reach across the compliance and fintech landscape. Responsibilities - Develop and execute a partnership strategy that strengthens AiPrise’s position as a global orchestration layer. - Identify and onboard new data sources, vendors, and verification partners. - Negotiate commercial agreements and manage ongoing vendor relationships. - Build and manage channel partnerships that expand AiPrise’s distribution. - Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure partnerships align with customer needs. - Represent AiPrise at industry events and conferences, building visibility and relationships. - Work closely with the Head of Sales and founders on partner pipeline, deal progress, and market feedback. Requirements - 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management. - Background in fintech, regtech, payments, or compliance preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and contracts. - Self-starter with experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment. - Based in the US, with willingness to travel.
