Sales Executive
Technis
• Responsible for driving new business development for Technis Energy Intelligence across German-speaking Switzerland • Developing and managing a pipeline of new logo opportunities • Identifying and engaging decision-makers within real estate owners, asset managers, property managers, and large enterprises • Managing complex and long sales cycles (6–12 months) • Leading sales of integrated solutions combining on-site sensor hardware and SaaS software platforms • Building compelling value propositions around energy performance, operational efficiency, and ESG impact • Coordinating with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, operations) to ensure successful project execution • Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals • Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record in managing long and complex sales cycles
- Experience selling technology solutions combining hardware and software
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives
- Strong hunter mindset with excellent closing abilities
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Structured and disciplined sales approach
- Fluent Swiss German (mandatory)
- Professional English (mandatory)
- French is a plus
- Knowledge of the Swiss real estate or building market
- Understanding of energy management and ESG challenges
- Experience in IoT, smart building, or building automation environments
