• Your sales territory in focus: You will independently manage your sales territory in parts of eastern Germany (the new federal states), develop it strategically and sustainably expand our market presence. • Win and excite customers: You identify new sales partners, convince them of our brand and build long-term, trusting customer relationships. • Develop existing customers: You actively manage your customer base, recognize potential and strategically grow existing partnerships. • Strategy & execution: Together with sales management you develop tailored sales strategies for your region and implement them consistently. • Consult with expertise: You know our product portfolio in detail, advise your customers competently and provide valuable feedback to product management and internal teams. • Keep an eye on the market: You analyze market trends, monitor the competition and derive concrete measures to drive your sales success. • Reporting & transparency: You prepare regular reports, document your activities and ensure clear insights into your sales territory. • Events & presence: You represent R Raymon at trade shows, events and dealer meetings, ensuring a strong on-site brand presence.

Job Requirements

  • Education & background: You have completed commercial or technical training or hold a relevant degree.
  • Sales DNA: You bring experience in sales—ideally in field sales—and have proven success in customer development and closing deals.
  • Communication & negotiation: You impress with a confident manner, negotiation skills and clear, empathetic communication.
  • Industry affinity: You are passionate about bicycles and e-bikes—ideally with experience in the bike or sports industry.
  • Independent working: You work independently, in a structured way and with a clear focus on your goals.
  • Flexible & mobile: Travel is part of the role and you enjoy being on the road visiting customers and partners.
  • Office & tools: You are proficient in MS Office and routinely use digital tools in everyday sales work.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German; English skills are a plus.
