About the Role The Project Manager will lead large-scale projects for enterprise clients in Alight Leave Solutions. You will be focusing on designing, building, and executing initiatives that deliver strategic value. This role requires a balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail, ensuring program success while collaborating across all areas of Alight. Responsibilities - Designing, building, and overseeing the execution of complex, cross-functional strategic client initiatives. - Championing and utilizing best of breed technology (Smartsheet, SFDC, etc.) for all work performed. - Driving innovation, optimizing business process and workflows as appropriate, and delivering exceptional business value through effective program execution. - Designing and managing project execution, while identifying and resolving risk and adapting as needed to ensure success. - Anticipating when change may be needed, and positioning recommendations appropriately. - Communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as needed. - Driving continuous improvement in program management across the client project portfolio. - Managing the successful execution of multiple large-scale, complex client projects. Independently managing risk associated with client projects and developing and overseeing risk mitigation strategies. - Communicating complex ideas, anticipating objections, and persuading others to adopt an alternative point of view, often at senior levels of leadership. - Acting as a change agent; Seeking out and pursuing new ideas for continuous improvement. Requirements - Have bachelor's or 5-7 years of relevant work experience required. - Demonstrate proven expertise in leading cross-functional programs and projects in support of strategic client initiatives. - Possess deep expertise in project management. Be skilled in leading meetings, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, defining roles, resolving conflicts, and driving project progress. - Display significant experience in driving results, and proven history to see downstream impacts and to navigate through them. - Have experience facilitating project progress through compelling listening, influencing, presentation, and communication skills. - Demonstrate dynamic analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Have experience leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies focused on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. - Display exceptional professional communication skills, business and financial acumen, and executive presence. - Have industry experience in the following: HR services / Outsourcing, Business Management, or Disability / Absence / Healthcare. Salary Pay Range Minimum : 110,000.00 USDMaximum : 120,000.00 USD Pay Transparency Statement: Alight considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
