Expression of Interest This is an ongoing (evergreen) job posting to support our expanding portfolio of inspection services. As we continue to grow, we are building a strong pipeline of skilled civil inspectors to join our team. Interested candidates are invited to submit an expression of interest for future opportunities. Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering quality control and quality assurance across a diverse range of utility and infrastructure projects in Western Canada. Our vision is: “To be the trusted, industry-leading partner offering large-firm expertise and quality with the efficiency and agility of a mid-sized team.”   Responsibilities: - Inspection of installed structures and related civil work through all stages of construction and/or repair to ensure the work is completed in compliance with Client Standards, designs, specifications, and quality requirements - Conducting quality assurance inspections of civil works, such as underground duct banks, ditch infills, dike construction/modifications, pilasters, culvert/bridge installations and various concrete structures. - Write detailed reports, including pre-job meeting guide, daily inspection report, non-standard report, photos, marked drawings, and civil completion certificate, submitted within 24 hours of completing the inspection. - Hold pre-construction meeting with the civil contractor to review the design drawings, Client standards/specifications, and site at the start of the project. - Identify non-conformances during inspection, document, and communicate non-conformances with the Contractor. - Act as field delegate of the Client’s Designer and/or Professional Engineer, performing field reviews and coordinating field-related design issues with the Designer/Engineer.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… - Take ownership by scheduling QA/QC appointments with program participants. - Conduct thorough QA/QC inspections at commercial and industrial customer sites. - Record inspection results, customer, and contractor interactions, and ensure documentation aligns with program requirements. - Communicate deficiencies to stakeholders and coordinate remediation. - Travel throughout a defined territory to perform inspections and verifications. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… - High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred. - Interest and/or experience in industries such as construction, facility maintenance, or installation. - Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust with customers and contractors. - 21+ with a clean valid drivers license. Target Compensation... $50,000 - $55,000 DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $48,800.00 - $66,300.00Currency USDType Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
