Your mission 🚀 The Supply Chain Agent will ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations, including device management, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong supply chain knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing • Device Management: Install, uninstall, replace, prepare, and set up devices; perform minor repairs; test, clean, and deactivate devices upon return. 🔧 • Support Services: Provide second-level support for device malfunctions; coordinate interventions. 🛠️ • Inventory Management: Monitor warehouse status; track and replenish inventory; conduct regular audits; manage records of returned/non-returned devices. 📊 • Procurement: Maintain supplier relationships; identify and evaluate suppliers; manage purchase orders. 🛒 • Logistics: Arrange and oversee transportation; manage carriers; maintain delivery schedules; ensure compliance with shipping regulations. 🚚 • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records; ensure regulatory compliance; create and deliver training for employees and partners. 📑 • Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments; resolve issues and discrepancies; track inactive devices. 🤝 • Performance Monitoring: Analyze supply chain data; monitor KPIs; implement efficiency strategies; identify cost-saving measures. 📈 • Customer Service: Process customer orders; resolve issues and provide support to team and customers. 💬 Your Story 📖 • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Proficiency in using various systems, supply chain management software, and basic technical troubleshooting • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and resolve issues effectively. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions • Being fluent in Croatian language and advanced in English is necessary.
