This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with operations leadership, using data, Excel, and modern planning tools to drive smarter forecasting, improve inventory positioning, and support end-to-end supply chain execution. Key Responsibilities Demand Planning & Forecasting • Analyze historical usage, sales velocity, and forecast data to support accurate demand planning across multiple clients and SKUs • Monitor monthly and weekly usage trends to identify shifts in demand and proactively adjust replenishment strategies • Collaborate with internal teams to align forecasts with production, procurement, and logistics timelines Inventory Management & Replenishment • Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution points to ensure optimal stock positioning • Execute replenishment planning based on lead times, order cycles, and safety stock requirements • Manage reorder points (ROP), economic order quantities (EOQ), and safety stock levels to mitigate stockouts and excess inventory • Track inbound production, in-transit inventory, and on-hand stock to maintain full visibility across the supply chain Supply Chain Coordination • Work closely with sourcing, production, and logistics teams to align purchase orders with demand forecasts • Understand and manage supplier lead times, manufacturing schedules, and freight timelines • Support coordination between factories, freight providers, warehouses, and distributors Data Analysis & Systems Optimization • Utilize AI-driven planning tools and internal systems to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization • Build and maintain advanced Excel models and dashboards to track KPIs, inventory turns, and demand variability • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to planning processes and system utilization Client & Portfolio Management • Manage inventory and demand planning across multiple client accounts simultaneously • Provide data-driven insights on usage trends, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders • Ensure alignment between client demand, production planning, and inventory positioning Required Qualifications • 2–5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, or procurement • Prior experience in foodservice, distribution, packaging, or CPG supply chain environments strongly preferred • Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management principles (ROP, safety stock, lead times), procurement workflows, and logistics timing • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) • Strong English communications skills (written and verbal) • Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) • Exposure to AI-driven planning tools (e.g., Flowlity, Netstock, Kinaxis, or similar) is a strong plus • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make operational decisions • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant brands or foodservice distribution networks • Familiarity with broadline distributors such as Sysco, US Foods, or similar • Experience working with global supply chains, international sourcing, and long lead-time planning • Background in packaging or food-related supply chains
