The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community engagement, while embodying the voice and style of For Love & Lemons. Responsibilities - Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media content plans for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. - Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our followers. - Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, analyze trends, and report key metrics monthly. - Influencer & Partnerships: Build relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach. - Paid Campaigns: Manage Instagram/Facebook ads to drive sales and traffic. - Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on social media trends and tools.
