Summary: The Client Services Representative will assist our clients with questions, concerns, and educate them on Verified First’s products and services. The successful person in this role will encourage a direct and positive relationship between Verified First and our clients. How our Client Services Representative spends their time: - Provide world-class service for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner; - Meet the goals of the Client Service team around response times and resolution times for client cases; - Educate clients on searches, forms needed for searches, and the adverse action process; - Assist clients with creating new user accounts, processing orders, and training clients on how to use the background screening application; - Train new clients on the billing process; - Assist other departments in obtaining information and forms needed from clients to perform searches; - Perform other duties as assigned. What you bring: - A positive, solution-focused attitude; - An interest in learning more about application support and service delivery; - An interest in continuous improvement; - Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance; - You work well independently but understand the importance of teamwork; - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively facilitate and adjust communication styles to the audience. Preferred Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required; - 1 - 2 years of experience in a Client Services Department in a call center environment; - Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products; - Experience in Salesforce is preferred; - Background screening experience is preferred; - Proven ability to build, nurture, and retain client relationships; - Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time; - Navigate between multiple windows/browsers with ease, perform extensive internet research, and type 45 WPM.
