Role Description Intelligence Federal is recruiting an eDiscovery Analyst to support a federal government agency in litigation and investigation. This is a full-time position and eligible for benefits through Intelligence Federal. CLEARANCE: Candidates MUST have an active Secret level federal clearance or higher. We cannot consider applicants without this level of clearance. LOCATION & HOURS: At the time of posting, this position is fully remote. Duties: - Perform redactions and review documents in Adobe and Relativity - Locate, organize, and produce database records and electronically stored information (ESI) - Pull records for FOIA requests and review/correct supporting documentation - Organize and prepare records for digitalization in accordance with standards and guidance - Code, tag, and index new documents - Perform keyword and tag searches on government information systems and organize findings - Review documents and perform redactions before submission to government officials - Create file structures, naming conventions, or classification schemas for organizing documents - Create, review, submit and track entries in records management system - Access eDiscovery software applications to locate, store, preserve, process, review, analyze, and produce potentially responsive electronically stored information and to implement litigation holds to prevent the spoilation of discoverable material. - Provide support services for document and records management activities - Process documents including loading raw data into searchable and retrievable records Requirements - An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance - At least two (2) years of experience using eDiscovery processing software to issue, maintain, and track legal hold in support of litigation - At least 2 (2) years of experience using Veritas eDiscovery Platform (Clearwell), Relativity, Nuix, Microsoft eDiscovery products, Everlaw, or other comparable tools - Experience using Adobe Acrobat DC to redact, combine files, separate files, and perform Bates numbering - Experience with implementing and managing processes to identify, preserve, collect, review, analyze, produce, and retrieve ESI (electronically stored information) - Prior experience with document scanning, indexing, coding, and file/document storage practices - Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint 2019 and later Benefits - Expected salary range: $70,000 - $120,000 Company Description John J. Principle Accountabilities - Design and administer IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS network infrastructure. - Deploy and support various cloud and on-premise server-based operating systems. - Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives. - Manage the migration and modernization of workloads from on-premise data centers to Azure - Manage and monitor Endpoint management systems including Intune and SCCM. - Maintain up to date standards and process documents for relevant areas. - Assist with the build and support of cost models and risk models for new solutions to determine if the best home for them is in the cloud or on premises - Aid in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and maintain current knowledge of plan executables and opportunities for where cloud can play a role in the recovery efforts - Provide troubleshooting\support to applications group for network and server performance. - Provide on-call technical support. - Troubleshoot escalated issues to identify and repair cloud infrastructure issues - Actively work to maintain and develop expertise on relevant cloud technology products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the cloud infrastructure industry - Primary resource for securing network & server infrastructure. - Provide technical leadership in the design of highly complex cloud systems - Mentor IT staff across all technology platforms - Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives. - Other duties as assigned Essential Skills and Experience - Strong Working knowledge of Azure architecture and migration skills and experience. - Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, preferred. - 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years in Azure. - Knowledge of additional cloud technologies such as Endpoint, API Management, and Identity Management - Strong understanding across cloud and on-premise infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and applications) to deliver end-to-end cloud infrastructure, architectures, and designs - Strong working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server 2016, 2019, & 2025 - Experience with the Azure CLI, PowerShell/Azure PowerShell and the Azure Portal - Experience with IT automation tools like Ansible. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral communication skills, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis - Works independently as well as within a team with close attention to details, little supervision is needed - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks - Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure\manuals - Highly self-motivated and directed - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Strong customer service orientation - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Train technical support staff in new technologies and common systems-related problems - Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions (I.e. • Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure environments, including Virtual Machines, storage, and resource configurations • Configure and maintain Azure networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs, peering, VPN connectivity, load balancing) • Support and optimize hybrid infrastructure across Azure and on-prem (Windows Server, VMware) • Implement and manage Azure monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, alerting) • Ensure performance, availability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure • Administer and manage Entra ID (Azure AD) including hybrid identity (AD Connect) • Configure and enforce Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and Zero Trust policies • Support and implement SSO integrations using SAML and OAuth across enterprise applications • Manage identity lifecycle, access governance, and directory services • Collaborate with security teams to support cloud security posture, threat detection, and incident response • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Purview for monitoring and compliance • Automate infrastructure and administrative tasks using PowerShell and/or Azure CLI • Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures • Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud issues
