Qualifications - Strong communication skills. - Residential property management experience is preferred. - The ability to collaborate effectively with peers and learn from their expertise. - Technical aptitude to quickly master our corporate development software tool and a natural curiosity to stay updated on industry trends and developments. Requirements - Utilize various channels, including email, phone, and online video meetings, to conduct prospecting activities and generate qualified leads. - Craft compelling and personalized email communications to engage potential clients and establish initial connections. - Make proactive phone calls to prospects, showcasing your ability to effectively communicate our value proposition and nurture relationships. - Conduct online video meetings to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and present our solutions in a compelling manner. - Consistently engage in proactive outreach efforts to expand our network and identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with Corporate Development Team cross-functional teams, including sales management and marketing, to ensure the quality and quantity of discovery opportunities. - Assist in scheduling discovery calls and appointments for Corporate Development Executives. - Conduct qualification and information discovery calls with specific prospects as assigned. - Effectively communicate and present our core value proposition, company values, and our vision, mission, and positioning. The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of Ametros by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while working alongside our Business Development Managers.
