Implementation Leader
Certify
Role Description As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners at Certify, and existing Certify clients seeking to expand their scope of services. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting our clients up for success. - Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners, across all products and services offered by CertifyOS, across multiple implementations simultaneously. - Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from multiple teams. - Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and as they learn to use the CertifyOS platform. - Develop a deep understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management. - Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience overall. - 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a management consulting role. - Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset. - Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a message or training to a variety of audiences. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams both internally and externally. Requirements - Strong understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management universe (preferred). - Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com) (preferred).
