Vice President, Procurement
Montera Infrastructure
• Lead strategic planning and execution of procurement program for hyperscale data center equipment. • Design, implement, and manage a scalable procurement model ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of Major Capital Equipment. • Serve as primary interface between leadership, design, construction, and vendors. • Develop and scale a repeatable procurement framework for hyperscale customers. • Maintain strong relationships and negotiate commercial terms with key vendors. • Hire and manage a procurement organization, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. • Define and oversee procurement monitoring and reporting programs with KPIs and OKRs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in major capital equipment procurement management, equipment manufacturing, or mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
- Proven success developing and overseeing an equipment procurement program for hyperscale or multi-building data center campuses (50–100 MW+ IT capacity).
- Experience developing scalable, programmatic procurement models across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of MEP design and construction, modular construction, MCE procurement, QA/QC programs, and commissioning methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and cost management systems.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
