Qualifications Required Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer event coordination, benefit education, customer engagement, or a related operational support role. - At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or peer leadership capacity. - Proven ability to lead through influence while also executing work independently. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated success collaborating within a highly matrixed organization. - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to build trusted relationships and serve as a central coordination and escalation partner.
