• Coordinate planning and execution of special projects directed by VHA Leadership Offices • Align initiatives with enterprise priorities and leadership directives • Establish and manage an intake process for new initiatives and special projects • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and tracking tools to provide real-time visibility into leadership actions • Deliver executive-level status reporting using standardized formats (e.g., Green/Yellow/Red) • Generate data-driven insights to support high-priority strategic initiatives • Maintain visual management boards and portfolio tracking for executive stakeholders • Provide a consolidated portfolio view of all DUSH-led initiatives • Support development of executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials • Integrate reporting tools with enterprise collaboration platforms where applicable

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or executive-level support
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a federal or healthcare environment
  • Strong experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, and performance tracking tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
