Qualifications - Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Electrónica, Análisis de Datos o carreras técnicas/tecnológicas. - Experiencia demostrable de al menos 1 a 2 años en posiciones como Business Automation Analyst, Low-Code Developer, AI Solutions, Automation Engineer. - Experiencia demostrable con el uso de agentes de código: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini Cli. - Experiencia demostrable con n8n, Make o Zapier. - Fundamentos en JS y/o Python para auditar código generado por IA. - Dominio en el diseño de prompts complejos y encadenamiento de modelos. - Capacidad de bajar ideas vagas a prototipos concretos. - Autoaprendizaje constante y estar al día en nuevas herramientas. • Break AI and agentic systems and translate that research into automated, repeatable attack modules for NodeZero. • Design and execute prompt injection and defense evasion attacks, focusing on generalized, reusable patterns. • Conduct tool-use exploitation, abusing LLM agents’ access to code, file systems, APIs, and databases for attacker-realistic outcomes (e.g., context poisoning, RCE, data exfiltration, privilege escalation). • Target AI infrastructure (model serving, training pipelines, vector databases, GPU/MLOps tooling) with an understanding of real-world enterprise deployments and misconfigurations. • Research and apply model and supply chain attacks (poisoning, training data extraction, adversarial inputs, deployment pipeline abuse). • Perform threat modeling for agentic systems, mapping trust boundaries and attack surfaces and turning them into concrete attack paths. • Apply a strong productization mindset, turning manual techniques into safe, reliable, and scalable automated tooling. • Build and extend LLM-powered applications (prompting, structured output, agentic workflows). • Design with production concerns in mind: cost, safety and hallucination guardrails, reliability, and observability. • Design and extend microservices that orchestrate LLM tasks and integrate with NodeZero and related offensive workflows.

Our client, the Postal Service CISO organization, is seeking to hire an Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The focus of the position is heavily on Automation skills and not Artificial Intelligence. Our customer is looking for someone that can perform automation using their (Postal Services’) current tools (MS Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta, ServiceNow, etc…) in order to automate audit requests and reports for the CISO Compliance team. Currently they utilize Excel for everything, and he is looking for someone to help build out capabilities to automate and combine data sets to query for the Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes using Postal tools. This includes (Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The role demands experience in system architecture, workflow design, writing code/scripts, and building processes using Postal tools in a hybrid on-prem Windows/Unix/Linux and cloud-based environment. Candidates must be able to collaborate across CISO Security, and CIO teams to automate workflows, ensure data integrity, data accuracy, and support mission-critical operations. Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow, and an RPA platform is required.
