Mysten Labs
• Build dashboards that drive understanding of DeFi protocols and stablecoin activity on Sui for PMs, engineers, Partnerships, and the executive leadership team. • Run analyses on liquidity, trading volumes, lending utilization, holder behavior, and stablecoin velocity to identify high-impact opportunities for Mysten Labs and ecosystem partners. • Develop measurement frameworks for evaluating DeFi protocol health, wash trading detection, real vs. incentivized activity, and stablecoin adoption quality. • Collaborate with the data and engineering teams to set new standards for DeFi and stablecoin measurement across the industry. • Partner with BD and partnerships to measure the impact of integrations with major DeFi protocols, stablecoin issuers, and market makers. • Make data processing jobs run reliably in a lightweight, scrappy environment.
Job Requirements
- A deep interest in DeFi, stablecoins, and the role of on-chain financial infrastructure in daily life.
- Strong SQL and visualization skills, with a deep desire to communicate clearly and captivatingly.
- Hands-on experience working with on-chain data (e.g., Dune, Flipside, Allium, or raw node/indexer data).
- Familiarity with DeFi primitives and key metrics (TVL, volume, LP economics, lending utilization, mint/redeem activity).
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to work on data analysis as a collaborative discipline across data, engineering, product, partnerships, and marketing teams.
- Bonus: experience with market microstructure, quantitative finance, or trading analytics.
