• Support agile teams in adopting and applying agile practices in their day-to-day work, promoting continuous small improvements in processes. • Collaborate in identifying and recording impediments, assisting facilitators (Scrum Masters, Agile Masters) in their resolution. • Help organize agile ceremonies (such as dailies, reviews, and retrospectives), ensuring regularity and focus on meeting objectives. • Assist in collecting data and updating simple team performance metrics. • Contribute to communication between departments and teams, promoting alignment and transparency of ongoing activities. • Maintain and update agile management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Trello), ensuring information is up to date and well organized.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience working in roles related to agile methodologies.
- Valid certifications, such as:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACSM)
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), II (PSM II) or III (PSM III)
- Kanban Management Professional (KMP) or Lean Agility
- Experience implementing large-scale agile frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify Model.

Produce KPI performance views of (QAI) Quality and Affordability Initiatives. Translate KPI performance into financial outcomes. Monitor QAI progression through action, execution and decision gates. Job Summary The Sr Analyst Workforce Planning Capacity tackles complex business challenges by analyzing workforce data and provides actionable insights. The individual leverages the Verint Workforce Management tool that is key to optimize resource allocation and support Member and Provider Services. This role collaborates with senior leaders, facilitating workgroups, and offering strategic recommendations to enhance operational performance and improve the overall member experience.
