Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles
- Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly
- Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions
- English level: C1 or C2 (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment
- Bonus

ADVANCES AIR MOBILITY (AERONAUTICS) Job Location: Address: AERONAUTICS 206 S. 17th Ave Phoenix, AZ 85007 Posting Details: Salary Range: $85,500 - $95,500 Anticipated Salary: $90,500 Grade: 25 Closing Date: 04/14/2026 Job Summary: The Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Planner will develop a statewide plan to include public vertiports, electric aircraft charging stations, and infrastructure needs of AAM. The AAM Planner will be the AAM expert for the State. Works in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other stakeholders. The AAM Planner will provide planning support to cities and counties on vertiports, electric charging stations, and infrastructure needs. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
