ABOUT THE ROLE We currently have an opportunity for a psychiatrist with an active Florida license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an outpatient center. Patient population is ages 5-65. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment - Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose nature and extent of behavioral health disorder - Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders - Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress - Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders - Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and to take the necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Clinicians must have active state license - 1-3 years of experience since obtaining license - Intermediate to advanced experience with technology - Strong communication skills - Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred POSITION LOGISTICS - 100% remote position - Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality - You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
