Territory Manager
Xybix Systems, Inc.
• Manage a multi-state territory that includes; OK, TX, LA, MS, and AR • Responsible for lead generation, facilitating face-to-face meetings with prospects, managing the sales cycle, closing deals and generating revenue in your assigned territory • Prospect and develop this market through calling warm inbound leads of potential clients, references from existing clients, networking with industry partners, researching and cold-calling target clients, and participation in industry events such as trade shows and professional association meetings • Accurate management of Salesforce database including daily updates of all customer interaction • Onsite sales calls are required and must be conducted expeditiously and professionally • Help educate the customer in how to evaluate workspace needs and resolve their challenges • Keep the design team accurately, fully informed, and highly connected with the customer as you continue generating new business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or commensurate industry experience is highly preferred
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- At least 1 year outside sales experience in business-to-business is preferred
- Proven ability to plan and manage a sales territory using a sales methodology
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, developing metrics and dashboards, and guiding sales process through the use of CRM tools and methods
- High proficiency in Salesforce desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate complex sales and pricing agreements
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.

Your role in these processes results in efficiency in our distribution and enhancement operations and transparency of information, and therefore faster service to more customers. Customers today put their trust in companies that can fulfill orders quickly, are simple to deal with, and keep them informed of the status of their order from first submission to doorstep delivery. Customer behavior is becoming increasingly dynamic. To save resources, high volume customers want to automate their order input process with us, while there are a growing number of customers that serve themselves entirely digitally through our websites. Finally, there remain customers that submit orders that need to be input into our system manually. At Cutter & Buck, we are aligning our team to process the exceptions that come in from automated orders efficiently, and handle the manual orders with automation tools. Your role as an Order Processing Coordinator will be to utilize the tools provided to process and maintain orders accurately and efficiently. These tools include but are not limited to Winshuttle, SAP Mass Document Change, and Conexiom. You will work to align processes toward production ready orders and advance orders quickly and accurately for fulfillment in the Distribution Center. Process Accountability - Order Processing Coordinator: - Execute and continuously improve processes that fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. - Order Input Process: - Email/Manual Order Input Process - Conexiom order input - Winshuttle Order Entry - Digital Order Input - EDI and CBCorporate order review of exceptions. - Manage Open Orders for backorder shipment with reporting and Winshuttle updates - Order Management: - Maintain open orders as needed for all digital orders, ensuring that orders reflect the proper status for transparency. - Manage CorporateOrders inbox customer communication by responding to email communication with the most efficient service. - Direct customers back to CBCorporate with assistance to find the information they are looking for. - Provide support to customers using CBCorporate that encounter issues in their journey. - Conexiom Order Mapping Process: - Identify customers that may be viable for Conexiom order processing. - Provide sample purchase orders to the Conexiom mapping team with annotations for key fields. - Oversee the testing of Conexiom mapping and approve final test for go live.
