Dans ce contexte nous recherchons notre futur(e) Product Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe Produit et plus particulièrement sur notre nouvelle squad Data Intelligence. Vous contribuerez notamment à transformer nos données en un moteur stratégique pour Opisto, en apportant de la valeur aux clients, et en développant notre potentiel sur le marché. Notre ambition n’est donc pas la production de data, mais bien sa transformation en valeur produit concrète, à la fois pour nos équipes internes, et également pour nos clients. Si vous êtes motivé(e) à nous rejoindre et que vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans un poste similaire alors ce poste est fait pour vous ! 🧩 VOTRE FUTUR TERRAIN DE JEU, EN TANT QUE PRODUCT MANAGER DATA CHEZ OPISTO Rattaché(e) à notre Manager Product et intégré(e) au sein de la nouvelle squad data, vous serez au cœur de la stratégie data et produit d’Opisto, avec un rôle clé d’interface entre business, tech et data. Vous devrez notamment : Structuration et valorisation de la donnée : - Imaginer comment structurer, fiabiliser et faire évoluer notre architecture de données. - Améliorer et refondre notre outil data Opisto d’aide au démontage pour nos clients centres VHU : gestion de l’historique, enrichissement continu, optimisation des performances, définition de la logique d’alimentation et d’amélioration continue, etc… - Définir une stratégie claire de gouvernance et d’exploitation des données. Création de valeur business via la data : - Identifier les leviers de croissance activables grâce à nos données et concevoir de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou produits datas. - Déterminer quelles données peuvent être proposées à des partenaires en externe. - Comprendre les besoins internes, mais aussi les besoins de nos clients et partenaires pour développer des offres data pertinentes. - Détecter de nouvelles opportunités de marché et contribuer à l’évolution du business model d’Opisto. Amélioration de l’usage interne des données : - Fiabiliser et optimiser l’utilisation des données en interne. - Mettre en place des outils et dashboards facilitant la prise de décision. - Favoriser une culture data-driven au sein des équipes. Innovation produit et nouveaux usages : - Imaginer et déployer de nouvelles fonctionnalités data-driven pour : le produit backoffice pour nos vendeurs Marketplaces (suggestions intelligentes, analyse de performance des annonces, recommandations d’optimisation, etc.) et notre solution DMS pour les centres VHU. - Travailler sur nos produits marketplaces : identifier les produits au meilleur potentiel, définir la stratégie de pricing optimale basée sur la data. Collaboration transverse : - Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes squads afin de comprendre leurs enjeux à la fois business et techniques. - Jouer un rôle de facilitateur entre les équipes techniques et les équipes métiers. - Concevoir et déployer des logiques prédictives au service des usages métiers. - Valoriser la donnée au sein de nos produits (recommandations, aide à la décision, fonctionnalités data-driven). - Contribuer à l’optimisation de la performance de nos clients grâce à une exploitation pertinente des données. Ce rôle s’inscrit avant tout dans une approche produit : vous devrez comprendre des problématiques complexes, identifier les cas d’usage les plus pertinents et construire des solutions concrètes, utiles et utilisées.
