Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and timely communication - Partner with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and leadership) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals - Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to expand services - Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement - Lead contract renewals and support negotiations, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations - Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, updates, and presentations - Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets are met - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance and align on future strategies - Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team performance and development

Job Requirements

We’re looking for a licensed Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team and help support a growing book of business. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to manage their benefits programs, guide them through renewals and open enrollment, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for both employers and their employees.
