Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and timely communication - Partner with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and leadership) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals - Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to expand services - Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement - Lead contract renewals and support negotiations, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations - Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, updates, and presentations - Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets are met - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance and align on future strategies - Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team performance and development

In this role, you will support a portfolio of clients by managing their employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering a high level of service throughout the policy lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in group benefits, and enjoys building strong client relationships while managing multiple accounts.
