Role Description Every deal our Inside Sales team closes starts with a conversation - and that conversation starts with you. We are starting up a brand-new Inside Sales function at Lucidya, and the SDR team is its engine. Your work directly determines the quality and volume of opportunities our Account Executives can pursue. Without a pipeline, there is no revenue. Without great qualification, there are no great deals. As an SDR, you will be the first person a potential customer speaks to from Lucidya. You will: - Research markets and identify companies that have a genuine need for CX intelligence. - Reach out with purpose and confirm whether they are the right fit. - Book meetings and build the foundation of a sales team. This is an outbound-first role. You will be proactive, creative, and persistent. If you want a front-row seat to how a high-performing sales team is built from scratch - and want your contribution to be visible from day one - this is it. Qualifications - 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role - SDR experience in SaaS is a strong plus. - Natural curiosity about how businesses work and their problems. - Comfortable with cold outreach. - Organised and consistent in outreach cadences. - Strong writing skills for clear, direct, and personalised messages. - Ability to take rejection as data and adjust accordingly. - Team player who communicates openly with AEs and improves the handover process. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus. - Arabic language fluency is a must for engaging prospects in the region. Requirements - Research target accounts and identify the right contacts across mid-sized companies in sectors like retail, financial services, media, and healthcare. - Execute outbound prospecting across channels - email, phone, LinkedIn, and beyond - with relevant messaging. - Qualify prospects using defined criteria: right company profile, confirmed pain, correct stakeholder, and readiness to engage. - Convert qualified prospects into booked meetings for Inside Sales Account Executives with thorough context and handover notes. - Manage outreach cadences with discipline, track responses, and follow up on warm leads. - Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM at all times. - Work closely with Inside Sales AEs to align on target accounts and share market feedback. - Test and iterate outreach strategies, treating prospecting as a craft. - Feed market insights back into the team regarding objections, messaging, and responding segments. - Be responsible for outcomes: qualified meetings, pipeline created, and accuracy of information passed along.
