Role Description Le gestionnaire administratif assure la gestion administrative des politiques et des dispositifs sociaux départementaux en accompagnant le public en difficulté dans ses démarches administratives et en assurant le suivi des dossiers administratifs des usagers: - Assurer la gestion administrative des politiques et des dispositifs sociaux départementaux - Accueillir le public en difficulté dans les démarches administratives, accompagner ses demandes au plan administratif en lui apportant une aide dans l’instruction, l’orienter vers les services ou professionnels concernés. - Analyser, instruire, traiter et assurer le suivi des dossiers administratifs des usagers. - Préparer, animer, traiter et assurer le suivi des différentes commissions : - Saisir les dossiers - Elaborer l’ordre du jour - Convoquer les membres - Animer les commissions - Elaborer le procès-verbal des décisions - Traiter les suites à donner : courrier de décision, relation et information aux partenaires… - Suivre les décisions prises : ajournement, réserves, mises en paiement… - Renseigner les logiciels SOLIS, ASA… - Traiter les instructions et saisir les demandes d’aides financières (FSL, RSA, APA, fonds d’aide…). - Assurer l’articulation du travail social et du travail administratif en lien avec l’équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Créer et rédiger, mettre en forme des courriers, des notes, des rapports et des écrits professionnels. - A la demande de la Direction, entreprendre, susciter et participer à tous travaux de recherche ou groupes de travail en matière d’action sociale et administrative. - Recevoir et former des stagiaires. Qualifications - Connaissance de l’environnement territorial et du processus de décision de l’institution départementale. - Maîtriser les techniques de gestion administrative et de secrétariat ainsi que les outils informatiques et de communication de base. - Maîtriser l’expression administrative écrite ou orale. - Maîtriser les politiques sociales départementales (Enfance/Famille/Santé Publique, Insertion et Autonomie), des dispositifs et du code de l’action sociale et des familles. - Être autonome. - Posséder de solides qualités rédactionnelles et de synthèse. - Savoir s’exprimer à l’écrit et à l’oral. - Aptitude à la polyvalence. - Avoir le sens du contact avec le public et savoir l’accueillir avec respect et amabilité. - Sens du relationnel, de l’écoute et de l’analyse. - Conserver neutralité et objectivité face aux situations. - Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire et à rendre compte à son responsable hiérarchique. - Discrétion, éthique et déontologie. - Faire preuve de rigueur dans le respect des échéances. - Disponibilité, réactivité, méthode.

Role Description The Manager, Resource and Training (“Manager”) works to build, strengthen and support Amnesty International USA's Youth and Student Program (Y&SP). The Youth and Student Program provides young people with the opportunity to engage in human rights education, advocacy and organizing in their communities across the United States. This role is a union position and covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Communication Workers of America (CWA), Local 1180. Essential Responsibilities - Student Group Resource Development: - Create, update, and curate youth-appropriate and diverse resources for high school and college level student groups and faculty advisors, including 1-pagers, toolkits, action guides, online tools, and interactive materials. - Update and maintain online activism toolboxes to ensure they are current, engaging, and relevant. - Develop, update, and audit Y&SP resources based on collaboration and consultation with youth leaders, educators, and staff. - Peer Trainer Program - Training and Support: - Support volunteer youth Peer Trainers in the creation, preparation, and run-throughs of live trainings for AIUSA student groups, including support with slide decks and other relevant materials. - Create and update Facilitation Guides for each Peer Trainer live training and on-demand micro sessions. - Provide specific and actionable feedback and coaching for Peer Trainers on facilitation skills, delivery, and content accuracy. - Track student group participation and other metrics to inform future training development. - Collaboration and Partnerships: - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the organization to support the successful implementation of training and resources for AIUSA student groups and faculty advisors. - Participate in shared responsibility and collaboration with the volunteer and internal and external constituents. - Other duties as assigned.
