Provider Data Management Coordinator

TRILLIUM HEALTH RESOURCES

Role Description Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Provider Data Management (PDM) Coordinator to join our team! The PDM Unit is responsible for and focused on the management of Provider Data. This includes: - Processing daily provider data - Monitoring the Provider Enrollment File (PEF) - Conducting crosswalk analyses between the Provider Electronic Data (PED), PEF, NC Tracks, other state systems, and information located in Trillium Business Systems (TBS) - Reconciling data inaccuracies - Mapping provider data - Identifying trends and patterns in data - Auditing data - Adhering to reporting requirements - Conducting provider outreach and technical assistance The PDM Coordinator is responsible for providing data analysis and support to the PDM Unit. On a typical day, you might: - Assist with developing network adequacy analytical reports - Ensure all assigned project components are completed in a timely manner - Work with Network Accountability Unit, Contracting Unit, IT, and additional partners to identify and correct Provider Directory issues - Review daily files and make determinations regarding how changes noted affect contracts, member access, service delivery, etc. - Provide technical assistance to providers regarding Provider Data Reports, NC Tracks data, or Trillium’s Business System as related to PDM functions - Ensure that data is presented in a user-friendly format - Assist with processing daily files as needed Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in the behavioral/mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities field which includes experience in data management activities, reporting or use of databases, - OR Associate’s degree in a Mathematical, Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, or other data related degree program and four (4) years of experience in the behavioral/mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities field which includes experience in data management activities, reporting or use of databases, - OR Bachelor’s degree in a Mathematical, Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, or other data related degree program and two (2) years of experience in the behavioral/mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities field which includes experience in data management activities, reporting or use of databases, - OR Equivalent combination of higher education/experience. - Must have a valid driver’s license - Must reside in North Carolina - Must be able to travel within catchment as required. Role Description Health-E Commerce is seeking a Data Engineer to drive the evolution of our modern data platform. As a key member of our centralized Data & Analytics team, you will oversee the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics, reporting, and machine learning across the organization. Reporting directly to the Lead of Data Engineering, you will have a direct impact on day 1 for all of our major data pipelines supporting a broad array of use cases. You’ll collaborate closely with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure our data systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals. - Build and scale our data engineering stack, including ETL/ELT pipelines, transformation workflows, and compute infrastructure across cloud platforms. - Own the ingestion and integration of new data sources, ensuring they are modeled for downstream analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases. - Partner with Analytics and Business teams to define requirements and deliver a robust internal data mart that supports self-service reporting and advanced analytics. - Collaborate with Data Science to deploy and maintain machine learning models in production, including MLOps, monitoring, and governance. - Implement and enforce data quality, observability, and governance standards across all pipelines and data assets. - Drive innovation and efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve data architecture, tooling, and team processes. - Support strategic initiatives through data-driven insights, ad hoc analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
