• Operational management of partnerships. • Registering and updating partners (manufacturers, channels, integrators). • Management of contracts, SLAs and commercial agreements. • Monitoring contract terms and renewals. • Control of indicators (KPIs). • Monitor partnership performance (sales, leads, deliveries). • Generate reports and dashboards. • Support decision-making for the alliances team. • Document organization. • Maintain organized repositories (contracts, certifications, policies). • Ensure compliance with partner requirements (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis).
- Understanding of contracts and administrative processes.
- Experience with partner ecosystems (e.g., channel programs).
- Basic knowledge of IT business models: Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Power BI / dashboards.
