Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, including consultants and solution architects. Employment Type: Contract role, 30 hours per week for 6 months, ideally starting April 2026. With potential for extension or full-time conversion. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations (planning, execution, go-live, hypercare). - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. - Drive project governance, including risk and issue management. - Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and technical teams. - Facilitate client calls, workshops, and stakeholder updates. - Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations. - Manage scope changes, competing priorities, and escalations.

Job Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end.
  • Experience managing:
  • Cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, architects)
  • Client stakeholders and executive communication
  • Strong experience in:
  • Risk mitigation and issue resolution
  • Multi-project management and prioritisation
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Project (or equivalent)
  • Excel (tracking, reporting)
  • PowerPoint (presentations)
  • NICE-TO-HAVE
  • Experience with EHSQ, compliance, or safety/quality systems.
  • Background in regulated industries (e.g. manufacturing, energy).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.

Role Description Vous évoluerez au sein du service « connaissance, prospective et évaluation » (COPREV). Vous assisterez dans l'exercice de leurs missions : le chef de service et l'adjoint au chef de service. Sur des missions et des projets importants pour le service, vous pourrez aussi assister les chefs de divisions et les chargés de mission. Vous aurez particulièrement en charge l'appui administratif et budgétaire sur les projets portés par le service, notamment la coordination technique régionale du « Fonds vert ». - Suivi de l'avancement, tableaux de bord, synthèses, coordination administrative des correspondants fonds vert (DREAL, ADEME, AELB, DDTM et préfectures), préparation des instances régionales de coordination et de décision. - Gestion administrative du service et des projets portés par le service, en lien avec les chefs de projets, organisation des points d'étapes de la programmation annuelle de la connaissance, des études partenariales, des synthèses, des restitutions aux partenaires. - Accueil téléphonique, gestion du courrier et de la boite fonctionnelle du service, ordres de mission et état de frais pour les déplacements, organisation de réunions. Vous contribuerez : - À la gestion des budgets pilotés par le service COPREV, BOP 159 pour le développement durable, 217 pour l'aide aux acteurs associatifs et 380 pour la mise en oeuvre du fonds vert. - Au suivi financier des actions financées par le service sur ces BOP, et pour le Fonds vert : rédaction des conventions et avenants, en lien avec le service comptable de la DREAL. - À la capitalisation et la valorisation des travaux (intranet, internet ...). Enfin, vous assurerez ponctuellement l'intérim du gestionnaire / instructeur de procédures d'évaluation environnementale, sur la gestion des dossiers et des boites mails de la division EvE, ainsi que les sollicitations des porteurs de projets. Ce poste est placé sous l'autorité hiérarchique du chef de service COPREV. Le poste nécessite d'avoir des relations avec les autres agents du service, avec les autres services de la DREAL, ainsi que les acteurs régionaux tels que le SGAR, les préfectures, les DDTM, l'AELB et l'ADEME. Qualifications - Maîtrise de la gestion comptable et budgétaire. - Maîtrise des outils informatiques, bureautiques, outils et plateformes collaboratifs. - Maîtrise de l'expression écrite et orale. - Sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur. - Qualités relationnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe. Requirements - Connaissances générales dans le domaine de l'environnement. - Connaissance des missions d'une DREAL et plus largement de votre environnement professionnel.
