Job Requirements
- Proven experience in market development and expansion within the iGaming or related industry, preferably with a focus on African markets.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with casino operators, aggregators, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth in competitive environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory landscape and compliance requirements relevant to the African iGaming industry, with a capacity to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and localization skills to support marketing efforts, game launches, and customer engagement tailored to the African audience.
- Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Growth
- Develop and execute a market entry & growth strategy for a number of African Countries that will be your region.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with casino operators, aggregators, and partners.
- Increase the company’s brand awareness and positioning in the African iGaming market.
- Drive new business development with online casinos and gaming platforms.
- Revenue & Performance Management
- Meet or exceed revenue and market share targets in several African Countries.
- Optimize game performance and player engagement through data analysis.
- Work with commercial teams to ensure competitive pricing and promotions.
- Work closely with Compliance department
- Ensure all teams are timely updated and have up to date relevant information, following guidance of compliance team.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support AM team to drive game adoption, engagement, and revenue.
- Provide localized support and customized solutions to partners.
- Product & Market Adaptation
- Coordinate with product team African player preferences and market trends on games.
- Provide market feedback on game themes, mechanics, and other preferences.
- Support AM team on successful game launches and marketing campaigns for the African audience.
- Assist product with establishing and maintaining product roadmap
- Marketing & Localization Strategy
- Support marketing department on local strategies (affiliates, influencers, online ads).
- Competitive Analysis & Insights
- Monitor competitor activity, trends, and innovations in the African iGaming market.
- Provide regular reports on market opportunities, risks, and trends.
- Suggest strategic initiatives based on data and competitor benchmarking.
- Competitor benchmarking updates – Quarterly reports on market trends.
